What we collect
We collect only what the site is actually built to collect. There are three sources, and no others.
Information you give us
The enquiry form in the footer is the only form on this site. When you submit it we receive the name, email address, telephone number and message you type into it, together with the date and time of the submission. Every field is one you filled in yourself, and nothing on the form is pre-populated from another source.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request: the IP address making it, the page requested, the referring page, the browser and operating system reported by your device, and the time. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to build a profile of you.
Information from measurement tools
If, and only if, you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, how people arrive, where they lose interest. Microsoft Clarity additionally records anonymised interaction playback: pointer movement, scrolling and clicks. Text you type into form fields is masked by the tool and is not captured. If you decline, neither tool loads at all, and neither sets a cookie. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies involved.
Why we use it, and on what basis
Section 12 of the Data Privacy Act permits processing only where a lawful basis applies. Ours are these:
- To answer your enquiry. Basis: your consent, given by submitting the form, and the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request. Without your contact details we cannot reply.
- To keep the site available and secure. Basis: our legitimate interests in operating the service, which do not override your rights — server logs are minimal and short-lived.
- To measure and improve the site. Basis: your consent, which you give or withhold through the cookie banner and can change at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you. We do not send marketing email to enquirers who have not asked for it.
Who else sees it
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only as far as their function requires:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database, including form submissions.
- Our email delivery provider, which carries the notification of your enquiry to us and our reply to you.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft Corporation (Clarity), where you have consented to analytics.
Several of these providers process information outside the Philippines, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens we rely on the provider’s contractual data protection commitments, and we remain accountable to you for the transfer under Section 21 of the Act.
We will disclose information to a government authority only where we are legally compelled to, and we will tell you when we are permitted to tell you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: retained for three years from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a project conversation where it left off, then deleted.
- Server logs: retained for up to 90 days.
- Analytics data: retained on Google’s and Microsoft’s default schedules — 14 months and 13 months respectively — in aggregated or pseudonymised form.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser for 12 months, after which we ask again.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. See your rights below.
How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to the database and to form submissions is limited to the people who need it, using individual accounts with two-factor authentication. We keep the platform and its components patched, and we run a firewall and malware scanning at the application layer.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that is likely to give rise to a real risk to your rights, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of knowledge of it, as Section 20 of the Act requires.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you hold the following rights over your personal information, and you can exercise any of them by writing to the contact address above:
- To be informed — to know that we hold information about you and what we do with it. This notice is part of that.
- To access — to be given a copy of the information we hold about you.
- To correct — to have inaccurate or incomplete information rectified.
- To object — to refuse processing, including for analytics, at any time.
- To erasure or blocking — to have your information removed from our systems where it is no longer necessary, or where you withdraw consent.
- To data portability — to obtain your information in a structured, commonly used electronic format.
- To damages — to be indemnified for damage sustained through inaccurate, incomplete, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised use of your information.
- To lodge a complaint — to bring the matter to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph if you are not satisfied with our response.
We will respond to any request within 15 working days. We do not charge for this, and we will not ask you for more information than we need to confirm who you are.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for agricultural construction. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes materially we update the date at the top of the page and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, we tell you directly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised notice.
