What the material on this site is
This site describes what Maagir Farm Corporation builds: poultry and swine housing, and the systems inside it. It is published to inform, and it is written carefully, but it is not a technical specification and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Capacities, dimensions, equipment, delivery times and photographs are indicative. Every project is engineered to its own site, climate, stock and budget, and the figures that bind us are the ones written into a signed contract — never the ones on a web page. Where we describe completed work, we describe that project, not a promise about yours.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not reserve capacity, fix a price, or commit either of us to anything. A project becomes real when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement — not this site — governs the work.
What we do with the details you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Ownership of the site’s content
The text, photographs, drawings, logos, layout and code of this site belong to Maagir Farm Corporation or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected under Republic Act No. 8293, the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.
You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish it as your own, use our photographs or project imagery in your own marketing, copy the site’s design or code, or use our name and marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist. If you want to use something, ask — the answer is often yes.
Using the site properly
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its database; probe or scan it for vulnerabilities without our written permission; submit the enquiry form with false details or automated traffic; upload anything malicious; scrape the site systematically; or use it in any way that breaks Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 10175, the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
We log and block abuse, and we will report serious attempts against the site to the appropriate authorities.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a site we do not control, we link to it because it was useful when we checked. We are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, or what it does with your information. Follow those links on your own judgement.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Maintenance happens.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, Maagir Farm Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website — including lost profits, lost business or lost data — even where we were told such loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our obligations for work we are actually contracted to perform are governed by that contract, and this clause does not touch them.
Indemnity
If your misuse of this site — in breach of the section on acceptable use above — causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to indemnify us for the reasonable costs of defending it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines, to the exclusion of any other venue.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies. Material changes are worth re-reading; we do not make them quietly.
