Case Narrative

How this facility was engineered and delivered.

Mabini is a breeder operation where environmental precision directly determines hatching egg fertility and chick quality. Unlike standard commercial meat birds, parent breeding stock requires strict biosecurity barriers and tightly regulated temperature curves.

Maagir engineered and erected three dedicated breeder houses using hot-dip galvanized steel framing, custom evaporative cooling pad assemblies, and computerized tunnel ventilation to eliminate heat stress during peak afternoon ambient spikes.

Automated feeding tracks with separate male and female exclusion grills prevent feed-stealing, ensuring flock weight uniformity across the entire laying lifecycle.
