Case Narrative

How this facility was engineered and delivered.

Mayantoc was commissioned to achieve industrial-scale broiler density without sacrificing animal welfare or feed conversion efficiency. Four multi-tier houses sit parallel on cleared terrain, powered by a central automated feed silo bank.

The framing was pre-engineered offsite and erected in just 15 days once civil footings were cured. Hot-dip galvanized structural members withstand high humidity and frequent washdowns.

Fully automated multi-tier harvest belts allow rapid, bruise-free bird collection during loadout, reducing turnaround intervals between growing cycles from days to hours.
