Facility Specifications
Tarlac City was an existing traditional broiler operation struggling with thermal inefficiencies, high mortality rates during hot summer months, and deteriorating timber trusses.
Rather than bulldozing the site, Maagir engineered a phased retrofit program. Each building was structurally reinforced with galvanized steel posts, fitted with sealed insulated ceiling panels, and upgraded with modern tunnel ventilation.
The conversion increased stocking density to 100,224 birds per house while lowering the Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), proving that legacy farm assets can be modernized without interrupting commercial cashflow.
Engineered with Broiler Housing Systems
